Privacy policy

LocalLift is operated by Southcliff Farm. This policy describes the information used for our demo requests and pilot software.

Information you provide

When you create a workspace, we save your business name, service area, sign-in identity, and the time and version of the free workspace terms you accepted. When you request a demo, we collect your name, business name, email address, service area, optional message, and the time you agreed to email contact. Please do not include sensitive information or your customers’ personal details in this form.

We use your verified sign-in identity, including user ID and email address, to control access. Existing ChatGPT sign-in remains available during the transition. When email sign-in is enabled, Supabase verifies your email and manages your login session; our email delivery provider processes your address to send sign-in codes. Login codes are not marketing messages. LocalLift does not store your password. Workspaces store the business, campaign, customer inquiry, sale, refund, and fee records that participants enter.

How we use it

We use demo information to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, and discuss pilot participation. We use workspace information to provide the tools and control access to business records. A demo request does not subscribe you to a paid service.

Storage and access

Demo requests and workspace records are stored in the database used by our hosted site. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to run the service. Demo requests are visible to the LocalLift operator; workspace records are limited to authorized participants for that business and the LocalLift operator for support. Sign-in and hosting services may process technical information and use cookies necessary for their services.

Google advertising measurement

We use the Google tag to measure visits and completed demo requests and workspace signups associated with our advertising. When a demo request or workspace signup is saved, we send a conversion event with a random request identifier to help avoid counting the same request twice. Google may receive information such as the page address, browser and device information, IP address, and advertising identifiers, and may use cookies. We do not send the contents of demo request forms or workspace records through this tag. You can manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you, download your workspace records from Settings, correct information, or delete your demo request or workspace account by emailing support@locallift.site. We may need to verify your identity. We retain information while it is needed to respond to requests and operate the pilot; some business records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
