Your free LocalLift workspace

LocalLift is software operated by Southcliff Farm for independent residential cleaning businesses. Free early access lets you use a real workspace for your business, with records saved online.

Get started immediately

Sign in, enter your business name and service area, and confirm these terms. No invitation, demo call, or payment card is required. One free workspace is available per account. Only create a workspace for a business you are authorized to manage. You can also request a free demo if you would like help getting started.

What you can use

Add and edit customer inquiries and contact details, track stages and follow-up dates, create and edit offers, and share active campaign request forms. Your customers can submit inquiries without signing in. Record paid jobs and refunds, see campaign results, and download your records. A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Check your workspace for new inquiries; LocalLift does not send email or text notifications.

Sharing and follow-up

You review and send marketing messages yourself. Copy a campaign draft or open an email draft using your own email app. Activating a request form does not send any messages or launch advertising. Automated email, text messaging, managed paid advertising, appointment scheduling, and payroll are not included.

Free means no software fees

Free early access has no subscription or success fees. Sales recorded while your workspace is free retain a zero software fee. We do not automatically switch your workspace to a paid plan or charge you later for free-period activity. If we offer paid service, we will first agree the rate, which sales count, billing period, cancellation terms, and refund terms separately. You can decline. The 5% example on our website illustrates possible future pricing, not a charge for this free workspace. Live software-fee collection is not enabled for free accounts.

Your records and customers

Use accurate business and payment information and only enter customer data you have permission to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information, spam, or use the service unlawfully. You remain responsible for your cleaning services, customer permissions, messages, and records. LocalLift does not provide cleaning services or guarantee bookings or additional revenue. Campaign attribution does not prove that an offer caused an increase in revenue.

Account access and leaving

Your workspace is private to your signed-in account and the LocalLift support team. Other businesses cannot access it. Anyone with an active campaign link can view its public offer and submit a request; pausing the campaign closes its form. Keep a copy of important records using the download in Settings. You can stop using free early access at any time. Email support@locallift.site to request account deletion or access help; we may need to verify your identity. Free early access may change or end with notice. It does not include a guaranteed service level.
